Australian Black Opal Wagyu M9+ Sirloin (2 Pack)

Black Opal Wagyu is an F1 Wagyu/Angus cross. The Phoenix name has been reserved for the highest quality F1-F4 marbled Wagyu beef.  Cattle are raised on lush and pristine pastures before spending a minimum of 365 days on grain at our world-class feedlots.

This sirloin tastes delicious even though it has lower fat content than a ribeye. It has a tender texture, even slightly less marbling than the ribeye, but it is never dry.
