All our meats are handled by an Ontario-approved licensed Canadian butcher, where they cut and vacuum seal at their facility. There is a dedicated food safety team that specializes in every aspect of the operations to make sure it meets local and provincial standards. The skilled butchers cut the meat by hand instead of using machines and the sausage makers prepare your order the old-fashioned way. Our Canadian butcher follows provincial standards from how meat is received and stored, to preparation and delivery.
