Australian Wagyu cattle’s bloodlines originating from Japan are bred, fed, grown, and processed in Australia. Over 95% of Australian Wagyu cattle are crossbred with other breeds. The flavor is intensely caramelized—tender roasted juiciness, buttery and dissolving sweetness in the mouth that lingers.

The New York strip has an intense flavor, with bold, beefy notes.  It’s not the most tender steak, one of the reasons people love it is for its great bite and solid chew. The rich marbling inherent in this steak creates a robust flavor and a delicious eating experience.
